Sensata Technologies, Inc. Operations Quality Engineer in Botevgrad, Bulgaria

The Quality Engineer is responsible for the overall quality of the products, manufactured by Sensata's High Temperature Sensors production lines.


  • Taking part in project-teams in order to achieve a successful launch of new products;

  • Respond to customer complaints and guide customer quality audits;

  • Coordination of the process analyzing customer complaints;

  • Coordinating 8D and Tracking action items for 8D's;

  • PPAP coordination and submission;

  • Interface with customer as needed for portal, 8D, PPAP, APQP information customer-driven model;

  • Manage customer specific requirements and annual requirements;

  • Taking decisions in case of nonconformance and stopping the production process when there is risk of impacting the Customer;


  • Bachelor / Master Degree in engineering;

  • Familiarity with quality control systems and SPC, FMEA, MSA, Control plan;

  • Knowledge of quality engineering tools such as root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions and facilitating 8D process;

  • Experience in conducting internal audits will be considered advantageous;

  • Very good social skills in order to be the intermediary between our clients and our production plants;

  • Goal-oriented and organized person with ability to handle multiple tasks;

  • Ability to travel on a flexible basis;

  • Excellent English language skills;
