As Sales and Application Specialist Home Healthcare Solutions (Respironics) you will be responsible for implementation and tracking the sales & marketing strategies in Wroclaw or Poznan region. Additionally you will be a key person in educating the markets about our technologies and products, supporting our potential and existing customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Working with Philips Respironics technologies and products, you will be engaged in developing markets and maximizing customers’ awareness.

  • You will plan and organize workshops in the scope of marketing and promotion of our technologies and products.

  • Development and relationship maintenance with opinion leaders, sleep labs, insurance companies, patient groups and relevant decision makers in the hospitals will be among your key responsibilities.

  • You will create new potential customers by continuous customer visits and marketing activities.

  • Your role will be to develop and maintain excellent relationship with distributor’s sales force.

  • Motivate and train the distributor sales team according to the company rules and standards will be of major importance.

  • Collecting market and competition data in order to develop and supply complete market intelligence.

  • You will participate at local congresses, trade shows and exhibitions. Requirements:

  • Higher education in Biomedical Engineering or Medicine would be an advantage.

  • Some professional experience is an asset.

  • Natural predisposition for customer’s service, like high interpersonal skills, capability of understanding customers’ needs, emotional balance and mature personality, excellent communication skills should define your personality.

  • To be successful at described position, you should be energetic, dynamic and self-motivated, enthusiastic and effective as a team player.

  • High level of English and Polish knowledge is a must.

  • Readiness for intensive traveling is needed.

  • Good presentation & training skills would be required.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Biomedical technology / medical devices background

  • Science Degree (ideally in medicine/biomedical engineering)

  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English

  • Consultative approach, with strong stakeholder, influencing and communication skills

  • Good presentation and training skills

  • Readiness for travelling
