Are you a Strategic person and Channel Sales Leader? Lenovo is looking for a passionate, articulate, and enthusiastic Category and Channel Sales Lead which will work in an entrepreneurial start-up environment and perform activities as outlined below:

  • Develop Product strategy, Pricing and Placing and Product promotion for Lenovo Data Center group in SEE region.

  • Close collaboration with Business Unit and global consumer team defining strategic programs/initiatives and target costs

  • Proactively conduct market & competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, provide insightful & actionable outputs across products, markets & competitors to consumer and global consumer team

  • Specify market requirements for current and future products, formulate business case in order to identify investments opportunities and savings

  • Provide appropriate competitor mapping, and associated Price, Features, Value (PFV) analysis input to markets

  • Product training / presentation to markets and customers, hosting virtual and F2F EMEA product workshops

  • Align on product positioning, key messages with marketing, incl. driving continuous improvement of the SELL-IN kits and final signoff before internal circulation

  • People management responsibilities, including KPI/objective setting, coaching, performance feedback & assessment, responsibility for their department’s resources, short-term planning, and budget.

  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.

  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings

  • At Least 10 years of experience as /Category Manager/4P Manager/ Channel Sales Manager

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Enterprise Data Center market with a proven track record of success.

  • Proven ability to sell Data Center solutions consisting of servers, storage, and networking devices including the supporting management software and services.

  • Entrepreneurial approach, willing to trying new/different approaches

  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels in an organization

  • Deep understanding of the core technologies, industry trends, and workloads shaping the Enterprise Data Center market including Cloud, Converged Systems, and Analytics.

  • Proficient with MS Office and sales CRM solutions (Salesforce.com).

  • Excellent verbal and written English
