We are looking for experienced and passionate people to join our data processing teams in Sofia. Client Liaison SIMPLY PUT: As Client Liaison, you will review client requests, recommend, structure and formalize approaches in order to ease the work processes for the clients CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU:

Translate and coordinate client needs into instructions for others to take care of

Respond to clients technical and data queries (linked to database, production process, methodologies, new products, reported data)

Follow up changes in database and monitor specific databases with necessary feedback towards clients

Communicate in a clear way the steps that will be taken for processing the client needs and demands

Introduce clients to innovations and improvements for their databases

Follow the technical implementation and client deployment and participate in team projects

This includes close relationship with Nielsen Client Service, Operations and interaction with the external Client for doing technical specifications. Project Management will be part of your role. Depending on the project, responsibilities can cover all aspects of a project from the begging stages through to completion or as a contributor to a project . YOUR PROFILE:

University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Technical related or Economy

You are fluent in English

You are client oriented, have strong communication and technical skills and listening capabilities to secure the deliveries on clients and projects to be in line with client expectations and their potential needs

You would like to develop good management and leadership skills in order to liaise with Clients, Client Service team and Operations team both locally and cross country

Posses well developed planning capabilities and analytical mind

You have an open mind set to learn about the technical side of the End to End operation platform
