We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell our advanced and innovative SIproducts(EMID/EBD/ET/Lap Tower/Truclear)to hospitals and healthcare professionals in Bulgaria.

A Day in the Life

The main purpose of this role is to sell and promote the innovative range of Medtronic SI (EMID/EBD/ET/Lap Tower/Truclear)products.

The jobholder is primarily responsible for selling the full range of products in assigned accounts or regions in a professional manner to hospitals and related healthcare professionals, as well as for the management of quality and consistency of product and service delivery. You will cooperate and coordinate activities with the whole SI team in the territory in order to maximize the opportunities and build strong business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through economic selling, developing and presenting commercial offers:

  • Sell SI products in accordance with company programs and instructionsin respect of both time and methods.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, product developments,customer profile and market.

  • Maintain up-to-date accurate customer records (

  • Make professional sales calls on key stakeholders in targeted hospitalsin close cooperation with the Advanced Parameter Sales Rep. and SalesMkt. Manager.

  • Follow reporting systems as laid down by the company. Monitor and reportrelevant competitive product or customer information to his/her Manager.

  • Maintain good working relationships with all decision makers relevant toproduct groups in hospitals on territory.

  • To follow all internal processes and polices and external legalrequirements with particular attention to FCPA.

  • To set up proper business/marketing strategies with maximumprofitability, to ensure proper spending, samples control and effectiveness.

  • To closely cooperate with Customer Service Department.

  • To identify, actively participate in preparation and monitor outcome oftender offers within his/her territory.

  • To participate in additional projects and meetings upon request.

Must Haves and Niceto Haves:

  • Bachelor orMaster degree (University degree preferred)

  • Salesexperience, preferably in medical devices / healthcare environment.

  • Experience in working in distributor environment (preferred, but notnecessary)

  • Good knowledgeof English spoken and written

  • Computerliterate

  • Adaptability

  • Creativeproblem solving

  • Cross culturalrespect

  • Customer focus

  • Stronginterpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong businessrelationship
