Finance Performance Process Lead
Required personal and professional skills:
Prior Leadership role in Finance (AP/AR) - process owner or SME experience;
Accounts payables/ Accounts receivables / General Ledger process principles.
Finance degree in business related field (Masters preferred);
Experience in a fast moving, high growth, global and innovative environment;
Experience with ERP planning and financial systems (Oracle knowledge a plus).
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - strong knowledge in working with MS Excel. Experience with analytical tools and practices.
Excellent written and verbal command in English language (second language is a plus);
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to persuade and communicate through strong written & verbal communication skills; interfacing with customers, managers and business partners
Must have a customer-first approach to all initiatives
Demonstrated ability to accept new ideas, engage in both critical and systemic thinking
Ability to handle/resolve daily issues, concerns and grievances - strong analytical strategic and problem solving skills - ability to analyze, determine root cause and resolve issues.

Main purpose of the job:
- Drives process improvements in the finance field in order to achieve better performance. Analyze the monthly performance data and takes decisions to achieve the targets set. Act as a SME in the Finance area.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Align and drive global and regional initiatives on Finance performance enhancements, modifications and continual service improvements; Championing change, responsible for ongoing continuous improvement to all relevant business processes and aligning technologies;
Proactively improve operational business processes in order to achieve desired level of efficiency and effectiveness ;
Act as AP/AR subject matter expert globally; Serves as a first point of contact in any system or process issues identified by the AP/AR team members and managers;
Provide instructions and on the job support to the Shared Service team. Provide timely feedback and know how to address performance issues in the finance area;
Support implementation and alignment to global processes in order to increase standardization and limit complexity;
Prepare performance and compliance reports and communicate performance status to the management on a weekly and periodic basis;
Plan, prepare and develop work schedules according to workloads and budget. Manages Continuous Improvement project list;
Monitor, measure and evaluate the quality, compliance and performance, take timely corrective/preventive actions;
To require and receive all needed information to perform the obligations;
To improve the qualifications according to the programs of the company;
