Do you want to join the dynamic team and be part of the Shared Service Cerner of the year in Bulgaria? We are currently hiring HR Payroll Administrator.
You will be a first contact line for payroll processing delivered in the service center.
You will lead / be associated to various process improvement projects linked to payroll process and administration of activities linked to this process.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Responsible to collect personal information, fixed and variable payroll data and provide them in the standard agreed format to the payroll provider.
Ensure payroll variable elements are in line with Cargill internal policies
Communicate with the elected payroll provider and supervise for the payroll processing
Perform data analysis and reconciliation of payroll bank account with accounting ledger
Coordinate submission of required reports
Manage the in-country payroll inbox
Involved in HR administrative tasks linked to payroll activities.
Academic background in HR or other relevant major;
Min 2 years’ experience in HR administration or other administrative role supporting one or more professionals;
Experience in a multinational environment;
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Access) and experience with databases;
Experience in Payroll processing & knowledge of payroll best practices;
Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
