Description

Responsible for preparing requisitions, scheduling interviews and travel arrangements, processing correspondence, event coordination, documenting candidate activity, coordinating new hire activities with clients, and facilitating required background checks.

  • Coordinate interview schedules with internal interview teams and candidates

  • Prepare/Draft requisitions in Application Tracking System ( Taleo)

  • Post approved requisitions on external job boards

  • Setup required technology for virtual interviews (phone or video interviews)

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates as necessary

  • Process timely correspondence to candidates

  • Collect and track compliance of interview appraisals

  • Track and document candidate activities in the Taleo

  • Management of post only process, working directly with hiring managers or business HR contacts.

  • Provides basic and straightforward training and direction related to the Talent Recruiting process for HR professionals in the business.

Qualifications

  • Obtained Bachelor’s degree

  • Professional language proficiency in English and Russian both written and verbal

  • 1 years of HR support or administrative assistant or customer relationship management experience, preferably in recruiting or HR Shared Services environment

  • Professional language proficiency in both written and verbal Solid organizational and prioritization skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Ability to work with colleagues located in remote locations

  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and multi-task

  • Flexibility/adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and timelines often shift

  • Strong team player focus on assisting others as needed

  • Previous recruiting coordination experience

  • Applicant tracking system experience (Taleo).
