Responsible for preparing requisitions, scheduling interviews and travel arrangements, processing correspondence, event coordination, documenting candidate activity, coordinating new hire activities with clients, and facilitating required background checks.
Coordinate interview schedules with internal interview teams and candidates
Prepare/Draft requisitions in Application Tracking System ( Taleo)
Post approved requisitions on external job boards
Setup required technology for virtual interviews (phone or video interviews)
Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates as necessary
Process timely correspondence to candidates
Collect and track compliance of interview appraisals
Track and document candidate activities in the Taleo
Management of post only process, working directly with hiring managers or business HR contacts.
Provides basic and straightforward training and direction related to the Talent Recruiting process for HR professionals in the business.
Obtained Bachelor’s degree
Professional language proficiency in English and Russian both written and verbal
1 years of HR support or administrative assistant or customer relationship management experience, preferably in recruiting or HR Shared Services environment
Professional language proficiency in both written and verbal Solid organizational and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work with colleagues located in remote locations
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and multi-task
Flexibility/adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and timelines often shift
Strong team player focus on assisting others as needed
Previous recruiting coordination experience
Applicant tracking system experience (Taleo).
