The Regional Catalog Enablement Analyst will drive the implementation of the catalog enablement strategy for regional Ariba and Lexmark deployments. This position will work with the Ariba Shared Services team, Cargill Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (CSSP) function, suppliers and business/function stakeholders to drive adoption of the targeted invoicing strategy for Cargill suppliers.

Major Tasks

  • Support development of the regional catalog enablement strategy including mapping of categories to channel strategy, mapping suppliers to categories and identification of catalog candidates

  • Educate and socialize sourcing managers on Ariba catalog enablement

  • Support localization of the regional supplier compliance policy

  • Define regional catalog requirements such as catalog visibility requirements

  • Partner with Ariba Shared Services and Sourcing team to implement the catalog enablement strategy including catalog strategy for each supplier, supplier communications and supplier compliance escalation process, creation of internal catalogs, catalog testing and post go-live supplier support

  • Support measurement and tracking catalog enablement metrics to ensure success metrics are met.

  • Support other duties related to reporting, supplier enablement, operational contracts, and master data support.

  • Travel – 25%.



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2 years or relevant internship experience in a procurement, supply chain or other related field

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with global audiences

  • SAP and/or Ariba experience and Ariba Network supplier enablement

  • Fluent English

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Multicultural development and Change management

  • Experience in Project activities

  • Experience in best practice and Develop expertise in PRTP Tools.
