The Regional Supplier Enablement Analyst will drive the implementation of the supplier enablement strategy for regional Ariba and Lexmark deployments. This position will work with the Ariba Shared Services team, Cargill Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (CSSP) function, suppliers and business/function stakeholders to drive adoption of the targeted invoicing strategy for Cargill suppliers.

Major Tasks

  • Partner with Ariba Shared Services to implement the Ariba Network deployment wave strategy including supplier communications, training, testing and go-live supplier support

  • Support finalization of regional supplier enablement requirements including appropriate transaction paths

  • Support development of the regional supplier enablement strategy including supplier scope analysis, supplier segmentation and deployment/wave strategy based on regional scope which may include Ariba and/or Lexmark.

  • Educate and socialize sourcing managers on catalog enablement

  • Support localization of the regional supplier compliance policy

  • Supplier Enablement Metrics Measurement

  • Support measurement and tracking supplier enablement metrics to ensure success metrics are met.

  • Support other duties related to supplier enablement and Program Maestro. This may include but is not limited to project status reporting, catalog enablement, and change, communication and education support.

  • Travel - 25%



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2 years or relevant internship experience in a procurement, supply chain or other related field

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with global audiences

  • SAP and/or Ariba experience and Ariba Network supplier enablement

  • Fluent English

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Multicultural development and Change management

  • Experience in Project activities and develop expertise in PRTP Tools

  • Highly motivated, self-directed and action oriented
