We are currently looking for Analytics Team Manager for our Analytics Center of Expertise in Sofia.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large team of up to 50 people, servicing different internal clients from different regions and business lines;

  • Seek opportunities to develop and support the roll-out of new and innovative solutions;

  • Drive and support innovation in product and methodology development;

  • Responsible for the development of the team and Team Leaders’ leadership skills;

  • Supporting the career growth of the people in the team and implementation of the team succession plan;

  • Responsible for delivering excellent service to our external and internal clients;

  • Responsible for the coordination of large projects comprising different team members with complex set of skills;

  • Challenge the existing processes, demonstrate deep personal drive and accountability for great performance; financial, people engagement and customer satisfaction;

  • Assist in delivering value-added analyses and maintain reports to follow main KPIs, assessments and other information for specific areas of interest to support overall company business strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience of leading and developing teams of technically skilled people in an international environment ideally as a second line manager

  • Strong stakeholders management skills

  • Ability to define and implement new processes

  • Good change management skills

  • Act as a strong communicator who can present thoughts and ideas in a structured and logical manner and can inspire others to take on the impossible;

  • Ability to move effectively between strategy and operational detail by maximising results over the short and long term;

  • Be able to apply sound judgment, even without all the facts and move quickly through thinking to decision to action;

  • Interested in and capable of seeing the broader picture and to think out of the box;

  • Passion for devising practical solutions to challenging problems;

  • Fluent knowledge of English is a must;
