Replacement Parts Business (RPB) is a revenue generating unit within HPE Pointnext. Our core business is to complement the HPE Pointnext service portfolio by providing HPE customers authorized routes to purchase genuine certified replacement parts for maintenance and repair, while protecting HPE’s intellectual capital and brand value, providing best-in-class customer and partner experience and optimizing the market opportunity for the company.
The Business Tools and Data Analyst within the RPB organization is responsible forproviding Global leadership and support for data management, analysis and reportingacross the operational and financial systems used throughout the Business.
Additionally, the role will involve supporting key projects that are critical to the development of new tools and business processes
Responsible for modelling, design, development and evolution maintenance of a comprehensive set of operational and business reports and metrics (Regular and ad-hoc)
Drive reporting standardization across the regions, acknowledging regional specifics as required
Maintain a good understanding of the business evolution, plus process and system changes, so that the reporting is continually adjusted. Drive change management as required
Supervise the report production and report portfolio management
Act as RPB reporting focal into system/environment change initiatives,
Execute regular or ad-hoc analysis to support business and operations process monitoring and management decision making.
Design and deliver management level summaries to support various business reviews and forums
Degree in IT or Business related subject, ideally with IT or analytical bearing
5+ years of professional experience in data management and business analysis;
Business support experience is considered a strong plus
Project management experience is considered a strong plus
Financial knowledge is a plus
Superior data management and analytical skills
Capacity to assess business requirements and provide adequate data solution
Enjoy data crunching, creativity and data management optimization
Ability to communicate effectively across different business functions and corporate hierarchy, ideally in multi-cultural environment
Focus on the detail together with ability to assess the big picture
Team player, communicative and flexible
Self-starter and capable of working independently
Excellent in MS office applications (Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
Knowledge in data management tools like Hyperion, SQL, Powerpivot
SAP/ERP system experience is a strong plus
