Customer Manager is end-to-end responsible for all or selected/top GSD customers and for the quality of service delivered against agreed customer commitments. Collaborates with process owners, business/geography representatives and SME‘s, manages and controls all operational elements within service value chains and delivery methods to maintain or regain customer satisfaction and trust in GSD/HPE, if necessary.
End to end Delivery customer management
Manages customer satisfaction
Upsells opportunities at customer site (remotely)
Evaluates and communicates business impact to HP stakeholders
Captures knowledge on customer issues, distributes best practice and initiatives between involved cross-functional parties
Triggers change and problem management
Prompts and controls change management documents when special customer handling is required
Activates and control exclusion process when required
