The Sofia Installation Team is currently supporting 19 countries in EMEA region by providing End to End Project Management for non-complex installation projects and also administrative support to the country project managers for complex installation projects

The Deployment Project Specialist (DPS) is responsible for effective and timely coordination of value products installation for HPE global customers. The coordination is provided remotely in a pro-active manner using dedicated software tools such as Plato, OPT, SFDC in connection to technologies such as Server, Storage and Networking coordination. The DPS takes place in E2E deployment for Non-Complex installations.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

  • Handling installation requests with HPE orders in a proactive manner and in a reactive manner.

  • He/ she ensures correctness of installation delivery address and correct contact person with corresponding contact details availability by checking with Order Management (OM), Sales Representative or end customer in the local language.

  • Ensure data validity and completeness.

  • Cross check that no installation service is missing for a product in the order.

  • Help to manage services sold via HPE partners (wholesalers and resellers) as stock orders.

  • Retrieve and monitor system delivery date.

  • Set the installation date as agreed with customer.

  • Monitor case delivery and take necessary actions to ensure timely completion.

  • Get System Installation Report (SIR) signed by customer and communicate it to the appropriate organization.

  • For Non-Complex installations: organize E2E deployment of services – contact the customer via mail/phone to confirm address details and order content (HW and service); schedule an installation date; monitor installation progress; get feedback from customer when installation is completed.

  • Track daily activities in Sales Force

Requirements:

  • High School/Bachelor degree or similar

  • Previous experience from remote service delivery is a plus.

  • Technical background would be an advantage.

  • Fluent in English spoken and written

  • Second language such as German and French will be considered an advantage

  • Rigorous and methodological

  • Well organized

  • Demonstrate ownership in face of unexpected obstacles.

  • Communication soft skills

  • Open to change and quality culture (raising opportunities for process improvement)

  • Capable to gain in depth knowledge and effectively use the HPE tools required for the job.

  • Committed to result and ability to operate well in a multicultural environment

  • Good knowledge of MS office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Basic HW technical skills is nice to have

  • Willing and capable to learn HPE server and storage products and service offering
