Managing travel requests
Organizing of customer visits and internal events

Putting together Power-point Presentations, meeting minutes
Making reports on a monthly basis
Managing SharePoint’s documentation
Maintaining mail distribution lists and databases
Coordinating of Meetings / Trainings/ Rooms
Liaising with other HPE projects for local admin processes
Yearly asset management
Managing capacity sheet / hiring sheet
Managing shared infrastructure tools as pool car, beamer, and other
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of German
Planning and organizational skills
Initiate and accuracy
Excellent team player
PC Knowledge of HPE standard systems: MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Education (degree) required:
Providing support to A&PS DACH and Russia Executives and Management team
Providing support to international internal teams
Coordinate, monitor, comply and perform administrative support in general
