Job scope/summary:

The Project Manager takes end to end responsibility for coordination of internal/external local, strategic or WW projects of high complexity in HPE Pointnext Global Shared Delivery organization as well as among the respective GSD Geographies/ Countries. The Project Manager leads Project team & stakeholders’ relationships to assure achievement of strategic business priorities, project goals & objectives. Exercises independent judgment and subject matter expert knowledge to solve common and complex business issues in the project delivery operations within established guidelines. Recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope, provides direction to team activities and facilitates information validation as well as team decision making process. Project contributions have visible impact on company business.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

  • Works on projects where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of multiple factors

  • Works on projects usually affecting two or more organizations

  • Manages mid to high-level stakeholder relationships

  • Coordinates and integrates the work efforts and deliverables of an entire Project team in order to take decisions and find solutions on complex business issues

  • Drives the Project team’s strategic management & development in order to support the strategic business priorities & achieve project goals & objectives

  • Sets direction, plans, monitors and manages the operational activities of Project team

  • Manages project financials including business impact

  • Manages projects with reasonable stakeholder deadlines

  • Handles critical situations within daily operations

  • Acts as L1 escalation point for operational issues within project environment

  • Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with defined business tactics and strategy

  • Holds regular Project review meetings / Ongoing E2E Project process monitoring

  • Cultivates a customer focused service culture of flexibility, responsiveness and innovation

  • Responsible of the overall and successful completion of the Project

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Bachelor and Master university degree

  • At least 3+ years in in project management/business operations roles

Other requirements:

  • Fluent in verbal and written English

  • Second foreign language is an advantage
