Position Purpose & Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting with Global Mobility assignments, compensation and system setup and assisting others with supporting international assignments. This includes process delivery, data research and analysis, tools and compliance as well as client/vendor interaction. This position requires a desire to work with various levels of employees and management, along with various cultures.

Major tasks

  • Organize and coordinate relocation support for assignments globally.

  • Assist with GM assignment initiation process and GM database set-up for assignments including payroll

  • Ongoing assignment management support:

  • Act as point of contact for the stakeholders and coordinate with regional mobility teams

  • Maintain assignment changes with Global Mobility database and update compensation pay packages appropriately.

  • Calculation of hypothetical taxes on salary and bonus

  • Assist and coordinate with EY/GM tax any requests and/or audit of tax and social security authorities

  • Any social security activities including the application of social security documents and correct reporting in the payroll

  • Conduct quarterly audit of social security documents


  • Higher education or related experience

  • 2 years experience in Human Resources/finance preferred

  • Fluent in English – written & verbal

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required

  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Adaptive person, able to work with limited supervision

  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude

  • Proficient with desktop software, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Global Mobility/Relocation or payroll is preferable
