he role serves internal clients, such as employees and managers. It is the front-contact-line for Global HR Solutions based in Sofia, liaising between various clients and business entities. The position is dedicated to a country or a set of countries. The position is in charge of responding to employees/ managers inquiries and questions regarding HR products and services which the organization provides and processing their first-line queries, as well as performing the regular activities related to the employee life-cycle. The incumbent will perform their duties predominantly by ticketing system and other channels such as e-mail and phone according to the need.
Scope of the position:
Managing ticket requests, assisting clients via respective system, providing resolution to client’s inquiries, handling complaints;
Executing HR administrative operational activities related to new hire administration, terminations, contractual changes, company car management, benefits eligibility, time and attendance, learning and development, etc.

Representing HR support function delivered by Shared Service Center;
Focusing on strong administrative, organizational, technical and communication skills;
Leading/ participating in various projects aiming process optimization and standardization.
40% First line of contact tasks:
Assisting internal clients on various HR inquiries;
Preparing documents such as company contracts, letters and forms;
Timely responding to requests addressed through a common agreed channel/channels;
Handling requests according to their priority and urgency;
Collaborating with external partners and following up on issues where necessary;
Dealing with clients’ complaints in appropriate way;
Summarizing and reporting information using available resources;
Maintaining and updating the documentation record according to standard operating procedure;
Responding to/ participating in calls with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage time and attendance administration process;
Manage HR employee data in full compliance with Cargill’s confidentiality policy
Manage and administer benefits;
Manage and maintain new hire process, termination process and employee’s lifecycle events;
Manage and maintain company car process;
Maintain the GHRS country web site;
Participating in projects related to process optimization and standardization;
Supporting and executing other tasks assigned by the direct manager;
Collaborating with other HR representatives to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation;
Identifying process gaps and suggest improvements on existing model;
University education, minimum Bachelor degree
Experience in HR administration role or administrative/ client support role is an advantage
Very good level of English language proficiency (B2/C1) - both written and spoken;
Very good level of other European language, both written and spoken - Choose an item.
