Process Support Specialist with German

The Process Specialist is responsible to support the implementation and regular operation of ITIL aligned processes (Change Management/ Problem Management/ Capacity & Capability Management/Resource Management/ Records Management/One-Lead/ etc.) for the EMEA Region. In addition, the Process Specialist ensures that expectations with regards to time-frames, compliance, quality, process related targets are met. This should be achieved through ongoing coordination, communication, planning and executing on crossteam level.
Support one or more HPE ITIL aligned processes and process related projects to achieve
business, compliance, efficiency and quality related goals
Apply subject-matter expertise and analytical skills to evaluate process change impacts from
Directly communicate with process owners/stakeholders regarding related tasks and operational
Efficiently use all related tools to enhance performance according to the set parameters
Act as subject matter expert for the related processes for both internal and external contacts
Ensure that processes are followed and planned tasks are done on time
Propose and execute corrective/preventive actions aiming process improvement
Design and automate statistics and reports as per process requirements and customer needs
Act in close cooperation with other teams and organizations to achieve defined goals
Communicate with external HPE customers and vendors if needed
Be responsible for respective documentation and data management
Handle administrative tasks related to daily process support and overall process functionality
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Experience in project/process or ITIL infrastructure management is an advantage
Fluent in verbal and written English and German
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Structured work approach
Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
Proactive and able to work under pressure
Excellent knowledge MS Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Process knowledge of GSD delivery processes is an advatange
ITIL Foundation v3 certification is an advantage
