Experian Project Lead in Sofia, Bulgaria

We are currently looking for Project Lead to join our growing Analytics Center of Expertise based in Sofia, established in 2007.As a Project Lead you will be coordinating the work of a team of analysts that develop robust analytical solutions for diverse clients – this includes ad hoc data analysis as well as development of statistical models for predicting and managing the behavior of consumers.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning project activities to meet budget and timeline

  • Responsible for coordination of the assigned tasks within the supervised team (up to 10 people)

  • Meet mutually agreed expectations towards deadlines, scope and quality of the supervised projects

  • Be an active part in the initial scoping, gathering requirements and scheduling of the projects coming to the team

  • Responsible for resource management of the upcoming projects

  • Work with peers to secure support from other teams in case it is needed

  • Act as a main point of contact for specific business partners of the analytics team

  • Communicate across the analytical and consultancy teams within Experian using all communication channels (face to face, email, telephone)

Requirements:

  • University Degree in a Quantitative, Technical or Business subject (such as Mathematics, Informatics, Engineering, Economics)

  • 2+ years of experience in managing/coordinating projects

  • Knowledge on PMI/Agile project management methodologies

  • Experience in managing different stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Very good command of English, other languages will be considered as advantage

  • Knowledge of credit scoring or any other analytical techniques will be considered as advantage
