Description

  • Responsible for executing transactional processes.

  • Check and review processed documents for VAT coding compliance.

  • Participate cross trainings.

  • Ensure all internal controls are in place and monitored according Cargill policies.

  • Respond to Business to deliver error free process.

  • Building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues.

  • This role will report to the Indirect Tax Supervisor, Finance Shared Services in Sofia, Bulgaria.

  • Check and review invoices for VAT coding compliance, according Cargill internal policy.

  • Daily communication with Tax personnel, Business units on questions arising within VAT coding issues.

  • Participate trainings and process improvement projects within Global Business Services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Experience in finance operation processes

  • Prior experience in Tax will be appreciated

  • Experience of working in shared service operations would be preferred

  • Self-starter with good MS-office skills

  • Strong team player and ability to handle tasks under pressure and in a timely manner with required quality

  • Knowledge and familiarity with within (Record to Report group) work performed in shared services or in an outsourcing organization

  • Possess valid passport for travel

  • Ability to document effectively and communicate with cross-border colleagues/customers
