Essential Job Functions

Manage and execute University Relations strategy and Graduate program administration for the UK&I, and Europe region that will include partnering with senior business leaders , cross functional HR, workforce management & Talent Acquisition teams to create and execute best in class graduate hiring program for DXC.

  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key University contacts ranging from Career Services, Faculty and Corporate Relations.

  • Build relations with key University partners and student groups to develop, manage, and monitor campus outreach programs including post-internship awareness campaigns; by way of Strategic university segmentation, Key account management, differentiated engagement and hiring programs for interns, Co-ops and new college graduates

  • Partner with HR and Business stakeholders to align and deliver new college graduate, Co Ops and internship hiring

  • Collaborate with Work force Management teams and Talent Acquisition COE to understand current and future workforce requirements, and alignment to key universities

  • Oversee school calendars by staying in tune to industry trends and applicable events

  • Execute on Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy by understanding of diversity and inclusion recruitment best practices

  • Provide excellent candidate experience, graduate onboarding and graduate development program

  • Evaluates selection criteria and testing techniques to ensure compliance to standards; participates in the development and implementation of revisions

  • Manage and analyze recruiting data to identify trends to continuously improve candidate targeting, conversion and Provide data, metrics and reporting to multiple partners

  • Participate in the global recruiting community on best practices for university relations.
